ASU Students Participate in the 10th Annual State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research and Creativity Symposium

A total of 71 undergraduate ASU students representing 13 different departments/programs (Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, English, Geology, Geography and Planning, Health and Exercise Science, Mathematical Sciences, Physics and Astronomy, Philosophy and Religion, Environmental Science, Watauga Global Community, Summer Ventures) made research presentations at the Tenth Annual State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research and Creativity Symposium at North Carolina State University campus, Raleigh, NC, November 22, 2014. A total of 34 North Carolina academic institutions attended the symposium, and students from across the state delivered 405 research/creative performance presentations, the largest conference in 10 years. ASU students presented their research and creative endeavors in posters, oral reports, creative expressions, and interactive exhibits. High Point University will host the Eleventh Annual State of North Carolina Undergraduate Research Symposium in November 2015.
