The Office of Student Research, along with the Office of International Education and Development, are pleased to announce a call for proposals for the newly created International Travel Grant. All currently enrolled Appalachian undergraduate and graduate students in good academic standing are eligible to apply to defray the cost of travel to present results of their research or creative performance at an international professional conference/meeting/exhibition. There will be 2 cycles for this grant - one Fall and one Spring deadline - with award amounts up to $1000.00. Our Fall Grant Deadline is November 11, 2019 at 11:59 pm. This would be for travel to present between December 1, 2019 and May 15, 2020. The Spring deadline is March 4, 2020. Students can apply even if the abstract is still under review with the approval notice being provided to OSR prior to travel. This grant is replacing the previous International Research Grant.
